Terms of purchase and delivery for customers outside Sweden.

General terms

  • Minimum amount of order – SEK 100,00 (Swedish kronor)
  • All orders shall be payed in advance before we deliver the goods.
  • For abroad customers, all payments will be handled by PayPal invoices.

Prices

  • All prices given are in SEK (Swedish kronor) and are including VAT taxes.
  • In case customers will pay in Euro or USD, this must be stated in the order.

Purchase instructions for customers outside Sweden

  • When you find any product/products you are interested of
  • DO NOT CLICK ON THE BUY BUTTON (köp)
  • Notice the number and name of the product/products
  • Send the information of the product/products you want to buy together with your contact information such as name, full address, telephone number and PayPal account to our client service by “Kontakt”
  • A  confirmation of your order, together with information of freight costs and payment instructions will be sent to you by e-mail.
  • Since all payment from abroad customers will be handled by PayPal, you will need to have a PayPal account.
  • After receiving your contact information a PayPal invoice will be stated and sent to you.

 Important:

  •  Since many countries has special restrictions for import and shipping during the Covid-19 pandemic, please check your own countrys regulations before ordering.

Freight costs

  • The freight cost is depending on the weight of the package and to which country it will be sent. Information about the actual freight cost will be given in the confirmation e-mail.
  • Since many of our products are very fragile, we are anxious to pack the properly. This may affect on the delivery cost.
  • As freight partner we use the Swedish PostNord.

Deliveries

  • Delivery time, from us, are generally 1 – 3 working days after payment of the invoice is fulfilled. In other cases you will be informed by e-mail

Client safety

  • Our ambition is to provide as good service as possible.
  • All our products are guaranteed genuine. Please read more in “Our Products”

Payment

  • As partner of payments we use PayPal. To buy from the webshop you will need to have an PayPal account.
  • For customers outside Sweden all payments will be performed by PayPal invoices.
  • Generally, the time for payment are within 14 days after the invoice has been stated and sent.
